Yeah, it's plotting, I have no idea where to start. The 2nd drawing is where I'm having trouble

When you plot, what is the problem?

1. Is xref not visible when plotting?
2. Is DWG to PDF working fine? 
3. Is it related to line depth? 
4. what is the Printer model name? 
5. have you update/reinstall the printer driver?
