AutoCAD - Lineweights effecting line intersections

Hi im busy detailing somethign where two lines intersect. one line has a lineweight of 2.11mm and the other 0.05. These lines should form a 90 degree angle with no overlap.

however when printed the thicker line passes the thinner line. Ive tried changing the end type style but this only changes the end to  round or square.

Please see below actual print with overlap

required print (line weight omitted)

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Best regards
