Autocad layer menu empty

Hey!

I have a problem with my autocad layer menu. In the dropdown menu I can see all my layers and select them, but I cant find my layers in the layer menu when I want to edit them. Hope you can help me guys!

i suggest first to install the latest service pack for your AC and make sure that it's successfully installed . also if you restart your AC .. any changes ?

I have the latest service pack installed. And a few days ago there was a file missing in autocad so I had to reinstall it. But I could do it again and se if that helps!

i suggest to reset AutoCAD to default settings . >> Click <<

 I reinstalled AC again and now I get this message that I aslo got a few days ago!

I just uninstalled every autodesk program that I had, and I also uninstalled all microsoft C++. And then I dowloaded AC again straight from their website.

But when I installed it I got the same message that the file is missing. I installed the latest update but it still didn't work.

What should I do now?

Get all your updates, manually, from your Accounts log-in page's UPDATES link, and stop using the useless Desktop App https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all
