Hi,

  • Ensure that there is NO tool connected to your PC? If there is any, disconnecte it and restart your PC.
  • Does this issue happened in all CAD drawings?

Did you follow the different steps on setting 2020 vs 2022 to use Directx11?

Enter GraphicsConfig command do a screenshot and share this here

Also enter About command again do a screenshot and share this here as well.
Have you tired installing latest 2025.1.1 to see if this will workout on your system?

Not seeing anything like that over here in our offices. Sorry.

Have you installed the 2023.1.6 Update yet? ABOUT command in your AutoCAD will confirm what you have installed. If not, get it from your Autodesk Account Page here https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Restart your PC afterwards please.

If that did not help... You could try setting GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero): a restart of your AutoCAD2023 is required for it to take effect.

Also consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here

GFXDX12=0 and graphicsconfig no use as i mentioned in the post above. and i dont think the acad up is the issue here cos i have 2 pc and one laptop using same thing same version, only this pc have this problem. but i have upgraded some hardware i.e mother board, ram and graphic also no use. just left processor i not yet upgrade because i need to confirm diagnose the cause of issue before spending more.
