AutoCAD keeps loading AutoTurn

It's actually Civil 3d 2013, but I figured this is a generic AutoCAD question.

I have AutoTurn installed on my computer & Civil 3D automatically loads it.  The problem is, it's a shared license, so I don't want it to load everytime.  I've gone into menuload & unloaded it, but C3D keeps loading it everytime.  I also checked the target & start in of the shortcut, but there's no reference to AutoTurn.  Is there any way to prevent this?

After you unload the menu you need to manually save your workspace to make it stick.

Thanks, but that didn't work.  I unloaded the menu, used 'Save Current As', but it still loads the AutoTurn menu.

Just a thought. Do you not have to transfer license for someone else to use Autoturn? If so, Maybe you need to start the license transfer process in order for it not to load on your machine? Just a thought.

Ah, found it.  I noticed that when I started C3D, it was loading an .arx for AutoTurn, so I removed it from the startup suite & that solved it.
