AutoCAD - Incomplete attached PDF after plot

Hello everybody,

I have a problem plotting a drawing. In this drawing I attached/ imported a PDF with a floorplan with a HVAC installation, and, at the right side of this PDF a renvoy, unit list and a stamp drawing (A4 size/ 210mm wide).

I use this pdf together with a new architectural floor plan (dwg) as xref.
This new architectural floor plan is located above the PDF so that all deviations are clearly visible.

Now everything is clearly visible on the imported PDF. When I create a layout, everything is visible as it should be.

If I now print a new drawing, on paper or as PDF, then the entire right side of the imported PDF with stamp etc. has disappeared and I also miss texts almost everywhere on the new PDF drawing. Attributes of blocks, dimensions of pipes and air ducts.
Some have completely disappeared but some are partly there, for example a dimensioned air duct of "400x250" mm now reads "4 x 50". It is not the same numbers / letters everywhere that have been lost.

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?

In my model and layout of the drawing everything is displayed correctly. This is also the case in the plot preview.
Then why not on the plot?

Thanks

The only differences I see in your screenshots are a heavier LWEIGHT and a DRAWORDER issue, not much else

And maybe an annotative scale issue?

Hello Pendean,

The lweight and annotative scale are different at my first attached screenshots, that isn't a big problem, but in the screenshot below (after plot) you can see the problem I mean. Instead a aligned dimension with the measurement of 2470mm, you can only see the 2 and the 7. If you look to the other aligned dimension at the left, you'll see "17", these are the first 2 numbers of the measurement, not the first and third number like with 2470.
It's the same at the pipedimensions;
You must see CV (or GKW) DN20 above the line and cl=3365+vl beneath. But nowhere you can read this complete.

That is the biggest problem.
The missing letters/numbers are visible in the plot preview, but not after I plot the drawing in PDF or paper.

Font Substitutions in your PDF viewer or AutoCAD, or one PDF driver is not set to capture fonts or something odd like that: can't tell since I do not have access to your DWG or PDFs, but you can easily find out, test, double-check, watch out for or reactivate alerts you may have turned off in the past 'because they got in the way".
