Autocad icon menu not showing the symbols on new computer

I am having a display issue. i knew the answer or solution 2 years ago but i forgot. i did fix it on other computers and I know it was very simple solution. Its not the driver it something to do with settings in windows 10 or autocad.

We got a new computer and we have a custom symbol selection menu in autocad but the symbols don't display on screen. They do work and you can select them but visually you cannot see them. They just show black empty boxes.

I attached image to show what selection should look like, but currently they all show black.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

Alex

We got away from slide libraries. Id recommend looking into tool palettes or the new block insert pallet.

To add to what @TheCADnoob pointed out, assuming those slides are inside a slide library file, you should look for the file extension .SLB.  Make sure this file is placed in AutoCAD's support file search path.  Also make sure the folder names in that search path does not contain any parentesis "(" or ")" in the name because that will also throw off the locating of the slides inside the slide library.

That did it, the file search path location was not correct. I knew it was something simple.

Thanks for your help!
