Your image is not a "3D", it's an isometric

This tutorial should help you add dimensions and text to match your image https://www.thesourcecad.com/how-to-make-isometric-dimension-and-text-in-autocad/

Explore ISO Drafting in AutoCADLT in HELP, I'll get you started with the first page here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2021/ENU/Au...

@hnguy157  To get your text back flat onto the XY plane in Modelspace after your isometric detailing, simply type UCS at the command line and select View or V at the UCS prompt line. You will get back to 2d UCS on xy plane.

You could also put 2d text on a viewport in Paperspasce looking onto your isometric detail in modelspace.

@dany_rochefort @hnguy157 or... modelspace content in a viewport in a layout, and the boxed label of the drawing is in paperspace outside of the viewport.
