AutoCAD - Grid turned off but still working

Hello. 
I am working on a drawing where I turned off the grid, but it is still working even turned off ! 

I put :

- UCSDETEST on 0

- STATUSBARAUTOWRAP OFF 

- GRIDEMODE 0

 

I really don't know what to do, please help

GRID = visual help for User

SNAP = "what is working"

I agree with @cadffm that you must be talking about SNAP ["positional" Snap, not Object Snap], rather than GRID.  In the Status bar:

Hovering your cursor over the Snap icon will get you the information that the F9 key toggles that on and off.  [There is also the SNAPGRIDLEGACY System Variable that determines whether it operates when no command is active, or only within the operation of commands, and you should read about other System Variables whose names begin with SNAP.]

I do get similar questions from users all the time.  Typically they say can't move mouse or other.  Press F9 to disable Grid Snap.

 

I also don't think there is a UCSDETEST (may be UCSDETECT).  The confusion may happen because of the command line auto-correct.
