AutoCad for students

Good afternoon. I am a student. I have been using the free version of AutoCad for students for more than a year. My old laptop broke down and I bought a new one. I downloaded AutoCad to my new laptop. The installation was successful, but the program does not start because an activation code is needed. What should I do?

Please review the steps below to get set up with your student license. 

1. Please review my post on the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software
2. Your Educational Account & "Free Software" page will provide you with all the information you will need to download, install & activate, you will also receive an email containing your Serial# & product key,  information will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs
3. If you have already selected the product on this page, it is registered & should also be available in your Autodesk Account under the "All Product & Services" it will appear in your Autodesk account in 24-72hrs

1. Note: For each product & version you wish to have access to & receive in your Autodesk Account visit the  "Free Software" page & select it from the drop-down

     6. An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some               point (to verify your license & use the software)

I see that this issue has been resolved, but I’ve had a similar problem with AutoCad for students. And firstly, I’ve been advised to deleted and reinstall the program. Everything has been good at first but then the system has got failed. I have been too busy at that time, hard study process and also a lot of work in Paperial, it is a college paper writing service, where I should deliver a lot of materials such high quality essay, paper works for students, and as a result, I’ve forgotten about this program for some period of time. After several weeks I’ve tried to install it again and everything has been working in a proper way. It seems to me that there is some problem with installation because of software or maybe with some updates which are not compatible with each other. In any case, I think it would be the right decision to resolve this problem by contacting the support team if you need it immediately. But my familiar programmer says that the first right step is to reload your device, then check all plugins on compatibility, check all passwords if it necessary, and of course, read the installation guide properly. If those all steps do not work, then you should write to support. Because usually, the problem is easy to resolve.
