Autocad File does not Exist

I just downloaded AutoCad 2019. When I opened it this is what it sad 

 

The error 
"All of the possible directions for storind temorary files either do not exixt or are readonly.

Please correct this situation before running AutoCad again."

How are what do I have to do, that?

I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

I have only seen this occur a couple of times.  If clearing out the temp folder does not work, then I suggest creating a new Windows user account as that should correct the problem.

I already did that but it din,t work.

all of the Autocad troubleshouting is useless.

Is there a ader other solution?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Did you try creating another Windows user account?  That has worked for  others.  This article covers how to delete temp files and also suggests creating a new user account in order to get this working properly for you.

Yes now it's working under a different user.
But why do I have to make a other account (user) to us AutoCad? 
This is weird?
Is it possible to shange that to myn good accaunt?
