Autocad extruded Polyline(closed) issue after extruding in 3rd party apps

I am new to autocad and I am attempting to make a part that will ultimately be laser cut. The issue I have is a polyline that I confirmed was closed. I have tried both extruding it and also press pulling it. Once extruded I am using the solid subtract function to make it a cutout from my solid. It looks fine in AutoCAD as well as Autocad viewer, however, third party applications show areas of the section as not removed. I have tried abviewer15 and it shows the same problem as sendcutsend.com does (which is where i need to ultimately send the part). I have tried saving it in multiple formats as well as redrawing it entirely. My first version and second version have slightly different results, but essentially the same problem. The polyline corners have a .1 filet radius, and I think this could be part of the problem though the error effect isn't direct from the radius. dwg and screen shots of the issue are attached. My impression is that a filet and extruded polyline are no longer closed and its bleeding out but i could be wrong about that. In addition to the poly line, the rectangle above it has the same issue but it might actually be part of the polyline coming through that as well. The rectangle was drawn as a rectangle with no filet so there really isn't any way that should be open or an issue.

may have to contact which ever 3rd party application you're using that are experiencing problems importing the dwgs

understood, but i suspect there is something wrong with the drawing, 2 different programs showing the same issue isn't likely a coincidence.. Plus its preventing me from having the part made. I am hoping someone can identify an issue with the drawing.

drawing is fine showing 3D Solid in AutoCAD. No such thing of polyline not being closed after becoming a 3D Solid.  You can always create a simple rectangle with no fillets and cut a hole to see if the 3rd party apps encounter the same issues.  You may also want to try a thicker object than 0.25.

The part opens perfectly in a third-party program (here is a picture from BricsCAD). It also successfully passes the audit and all other specialized checks, the history of the solid is disabled, there are no problems. Thus, your third-party programs definitely have bugs. Perhaps you are using several programs on the same defective engine that does not know how to read dwg correctly.

i ended up redrawing it all in 2d with hatches and I was able to submit it to sendcutsend.com if you attempt to submit the drawing there you will see the issues. you may be right, they may all be using the same common dwg 3rd party engine. I expected wider support for AutoCAD and these websites but I don't think in hindsite its the most commonly used tool for 3d parts.
