AutoCAD embedded raster does not display in Microstation

Hi all,

I have a raster file that is embedded into the AutoCAD file. The customer is using Microstation V8i and requested we send them .dwg files so they can import them into Microstation. When they import the file the raster file is missing. I believe Microstation may not support the embedded raster file. 

Any suggestions on a fix?
