Autocad dwg file is opened by aotodesk plant3d

Hi All,

I have plant design suite. when i click any dwg file, plant 3d is opening it. I want autocad to open the same. Is it possible

hello, not possible. dont open from window explorer, open your program first and then open the file. thanks

Windows assigns the last app to the DWG file format: that's why it's best, with a suite, to open the application you want to use first then use that application's OPEN command to open your file.

Or find a third party Windows shareware/freeware that will let you send any file to any application you want with a right-click selection option.
