Autocad does not run

Dear sir

I installed autocad student version 2014 in windows 8 and after one month I update my windows to windows 10 and i loos my autocad then. After that i tried a lot to download but that was not working and now I uninstall my updates of windows 10 and now i am trying to get autocad in windows 8 again but i am still facing same problem that i had with windows 10. its just starts that intialising and downloading and it remains on screen all the time. i really need autocad beacuse my all study based on this software. pease sir please reply me i really need you help please sir.

1. Find and follow the Autodesk Clean Uninstall instructions to completely remove previous install.

2. Use the Browser Download method (which if you had used the first time - you would not need to download again (copy back-up to removable media)).

3. Wait till Autodesk annouces support for Win 10 to install Win 10.

Install 2014 under Win10's Compatibility Mode: find more information about that in Win10's HELP or at Microsoft's website.;
