autocad dimension and text missing in other users system

urgent issue. when I send this drg to another person,

he can not able see plot some of the dimension and text,

Try these suggestions:

• Dimensions, text, and blocks disappear in AutoCAD layouts (autodesk.com)

• "One or more SHX files are missing. What do you want to do?" when opening a drawing in AutoCAD Produ...

When opening the drawing the "Missing SHX Files" dialog did show up:, but after selecting Ignore... all text was showing.
