Autocad customization

When I try to customize my Tool bars (Clicking on Customize Bottom right corner) the attached screen come up and locks. Nothing responds. I have to go to the Task Manager to close Autcad to get out of it.

I use Win 8.1 and AutoCad 2007

AutoCAD 2007 is pretty old now...my advice is obvious but I would recommand to update it to 2016 at least, and using ribbons instead of toolbars.

when you create a new Windows user and start AutoCAD in that context ... same issue?

Thx for the response - but I'm an old fart and change does not come easy.
Upgrading from AutoCad 14 was hard enough 🙂
