AutoCAD crashing even after clean uninstall

Hi,

one day my AutoCAD just started working improperly, I finished my work at night everything was fine and next morning I turned it on opened the same file and first all the text was huge. I fixed that with some config options I found on forum. Then it worked for maybe half a day and then it started crashing with fatal errors whenever viewcube is pressed. I since did a clean uninstall and installed again and it worked fine last night. And now I woke up turned it on and all the problems appear again. The problem appears with every file, I tried repairing the files too it doesn't help.

What version of AutoCAD are you running?

AutoCAD 2025.1 (the newest one in products)

I am using Windows 11 (checked for updates)

Here you go.

So when I installed AutoCAD and opened it for the first time all of the text was huge again so I changed the 2D Display Setting here from advanced to intermediate mode and that fixed the text problem.

Now it still crashes on pressing the viewcube, but I can change the view in the top left corner (even the cube animates with the view change)

At command prompt enter Gfxdx12 and set that to 0. Then close and restart AutoCAD. Enter GraphicsConfig again and change 2D Display Settings back to Advance. Do the fonts still look fine or are they still large?

Yeah it fixed the text and when I restarted it was immediately on advanced display settings.

It fixed the viewcube bug too, so for now everything works fine.
