AutoCAD Crashes when selecting plotter in plotter manager.

I have a client who is unable to print to their ricoh 3600, there are about 6 other PCs that are able to print to the printer. I have tried installing other drivers (Non-postscript) and that did not work. Any suggestions are much appriciated. The PC Is running windows 10 and AutoCAD Version 2017.

I have attached an image of the error aswell as an event in the event log that seems to correlate to the issue.

Hi,

2 ideas:

• create a new PC3 file for that plotter using command _PLOTTERMANAGER and then "Add a plotter wizard"
• create a new Windows user account on that system, give that user admin permissions, login with that account, turn off antivirus and local firewall, then start AutoCAD with right-click "start as administrator" and try again to select the plotter in the _PLOT dialog.
