I did what you suggested also. ll clean uninstall and after I installed it. But when I launch, I have the same allert... I was using 2017 buy the way. After the alert, I uninstall it and try to install 2017 again. There was no problem while installing. It was all good. But when I click launch, Same error. After that I uninstall it again and removed the all files of Autodesk again but the resukt was the same... I install 2018 and the same again...

I just solve my problem. All the steps up there and plus you have to remove installation key registries. A little more open information you can get from https://www.landfx.com/kb/autocad-fxcad/errors/item/3066-product-failed.html According to your product's year key registry names can be different then you will find on this url so you must chec it up yourself with Ctrl+H combine and search "autodesk" hope it helps.

Good day all,

I am an educator and need AutoCAD 19.   I had 15 installed and I have uninstalled it and tried to install 19, 3 times now.  In all cases I get the missing files error (even had it on 15). I have uninstalled each time and also cleaned up the registry and folders as per instructions.

I have submitted an Autodesk case but have not received a reply.

Looking for some guidance, Thanks
