AutoCAD - Copy/Move not working correctly

I have a file (couple) where the copy/move commands do not work. I start the command and select the item(s), I pick the next point and it 'snaps' back to the original position or doesn't copy/move at all.

I do NOT have OSNAP on. I opened a blank drawing and copy/pasted all the elements from the trouble file - attempted a copy/move of the text and the same thing happened.

Attached is the file - no xref's attached.

Is there a setting I accidentally turned on? This doesn't happen in all drawings, just the ones I've been using today.

When I select a text (wood header) it creates a shadow text of one of the other texts and moves the arrow of the text not selected (5/8 gwb). If I can get it to do the move command it moves it at a double or triple distance. So annoying.

Any help in understanding what is messed up about this file is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the DWG file: which objects can you not copy in it? I seem to be able to copy and move everything in it, but your Mleader style TEXT STRAIGHT LEADER is creating some interesting effects when moved/copied.

The issues were the ones in the lower right. I checked other leaders, after your comment, and noticed some are fine and others act "weird". I recreated the weird ones and there seems to be no issues. Thanks for giving a second look at this, it was driving me crazy. It seems some of the leaders are from an older project/version of AutoCAD Arch.
