Hello,

this morning i was trying to open 2 DWG one is not big (97Ko) and the second one is around 8000 Ko, i can open the first one and when i want to open the second one autocad is closing himself without error message or something just closing, i tried to open them in the other way (the big one first) and sometimes it closed before i can open the big one.

Anyone has any clue about that ?

i'm don't know what to do !

Thank for your help and time!

I tried to recover the files, to purge it too, but still the same happened.

I find a solution if i can say that.

The problem come from the graphics perfomance ( i don't know if it's the name in english ) before the harware acceleration button was on and all work correctly but i don't know why it doesn't work anymore.

i check the computer of my colleague and the driver version from their graphic card is not the same as mine, mine is 27.20.1000.8009 and the virtual device too mine is gdi14.hdi and on the other computer its directX11.

I don't know how it change cause that's the work computer i can't change that myself but the problem was coming from here i just put the hardware acceleration off and it come back to normal.

if anyone already got this problem and have a slotution i will be happy to read it.

Besides if i "reset" Autocad will it come back to normal?
