AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018 object enabler is missing on AutoDesk Page

I am using AutoCAD 2018 and it is working fine for most things: I don't particularly want to take the time to upgrade to 2020 at this time. I have some files that I'm needing to work with that have Proxy Graphics created in Civil3D. On the autodesk site to get the Object Enabler for my version of AutoCAD, the link is blank and there is no file to download this fix. Does anyone have the file or is there something else that I can do? Is upgrading to 2020 the only solution here?

Please check here when I hover on the link or try to click: I don't really know my way around HTML code, but pretty sure this indicates that the link is blank or will not download because it has the instruction not to. When I click, it doesn't do anything; can't right click and say 'save target as' because there is no target. I am logged in to autodesk.com when trying to download; don't think that should make any difference. Not sure what is going on for me. I haven't tried another browser yet, but will do so now.

Just opened with Edge and it downloaded immediately. Not sure why Chrome doesn't like it. Thanks for your help.
