AutoCAD bing maps: "The specified credentials are invalid"

Hi, I receive the following error when trying to set a geographic location:

I have checked that I am signed into my AutoDesk account, and ensured that i have selected "yes" when prompted whether I want to use online maps. When I click the link to sign up for Bing maps, I cannot get back to the map screen and am stuck in the Bing maps Dev centre.

How can i fix this issue?

It looks like a web page in the dialog. Any chance it responds to web navigation shortcut keys like alt + [left arrow] to go back to another page? Or ctrl + f4 to close that tab?

No, no response from either of those commands.

Seems to be working just fine here in AutoCAD 2021-22-23 in Win10 from my location in North America at 4:10pm CST

2024 is the only version that gives us this problem.  AutoCAD, Civil 3D, AutoCAD LT, every application that uses Bing Maps gives this error for 2024 version and not an earlier version.
