I have setup a layer for dimension but when I use the command DIM to draw a dimension line. AutoCAD automatically create a new layer named "v" without any notification. I mean I can change every dimension line layer manually but it's pretty annoy. How can I fix that? I tried to delete the layer but it didn't work at all. The layer "v" regenerate immediately as soon as I draw a dimension line.

Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,
