Is there a command that when run will attach a specific DWF file already saved on my computer, without the user having to specify the file every time? Or does anyone have any advice on making a macro to do this?

No.

What is the name of the DWF., location, and where would it be placed in the DWG file?
And how many variations of each of those three will you need?

And what if the DWF is already in the file?
