AutoCAD asking me to register but won't accept any code given

Every time I open my AutoCAD 2010, I receive a notice telling me to register my product and that I have 14 days till it stops working. I have had this since 2010 and have been getting this message for the past two days now.  I tried to use the old code but it won't take, so I tried to reregister and use that code, but it still won't take. I have tried this four times now, with different codes, but no success yet. I am receiving emails though telling me that it is activated and registered, but I when I open AutoCAD the activation screen still pops up. When it rejects a code it gives me "error #0015.111".  Am I going to have to uninstall AutoCAD and reinstall to get this to work, or do you have another idea. Please email me with your thoughts.

Welcome to the community!

Sorry to hear about the issue. I would recommend performing a clean uninstall, this will have you delete your temporary files. Also try disabling you antivirus and make sure you have the most recent AutoCAD 2010 update.

Let us know if you have any issues. You may need to manually activate your product.

Unfortunatelu it did not fix the issue. I did get a hold of the help desk and they informed me that my student version of 2010 that I paid for expired and I would have to download a trial from their community software.

If you are still a student, you can download the free student version from Education Community and it's valid for 3 years.
