autocad 2025 unable to load cuix

It seems that on 2025 cuix are not loaded.

Is this a bug or must be rewrited cuix?

Can you try a different CUIx file? Make one up quickly with CUI command inside 2025 for example if you do not have another.

Or share your CUIx file here for other 2025-users to try please.

Are you able to share a screenshot of what you are seeing that tells you it is unable to load the cuix?  If it is an error, perhaps there is a setting that is configured improperly.

So, this is for some sort of 3rd party addon, not for AutoCAD.  It could be being lost in the translation, but the path in the error dialog and the path in your Windows File Explorer are not the same location.  If you use CUILOAD and then unload the bad cuix (or unload it from the CUI Dialog) and then browse to the location of this one in your Windows File Explorer, and load it, does it work any better?

Now with the 2025 is not loaded, i think is a bug but you are the expert.

I'm attaching the cuix in this message.

With 2025.0.1 the error is still present

in my pc, if you need i can send you the avi from the failure of 2025.

The pc are in some part of the world, i'm developing auto_c.a. and until 2025 the cuix is loaded in all the pc where my application is loaded.

I was not able to load this .cuix in Acad, also not 10 versins back, also not on a second PC.

The content looks well and you stated: It loads (an another version, perhaps on another devise),

so I guess there is something different within the archive package file (the .cuix is a .zip file)

As Test: I rebuild the file, but without warranty it is 100% identical. I prefer YOU create a new one on your own.

Open the file in CUI (2023) command an copy all the content to a new .cuix. Try it again with this new .cuix.

Sorry, I can't see that this is the same file, or just an older copy somewhere of the world/folder!

Your file won't load on my side - and I tested multiple versins an PCs (for you).

It doesn't matter which ZIP Tool you are using, often I am using standard .zip tool "7-Zip" from Igor Pavlov, or WinRAR, also the Windows build-in .zip option.

I unzipped the file and repacked it without the '[Content_Types].xml' & 'Menu_Package_Info.xml' files, renamed it back to .cuix - That was it.

Yes, but it has nothing to do with the AutoCAD version.

Again: Your file not working on 2015-2024 too, not on my side.

I'm missing your answer to:

Q1: Is this 2023 (.avi) on the same PC as your 2025, I can't think it is working on your PC (on ACAD2023 or any other version)?

As writed, the original ribbon works in all the pc where the add-on is installed, with the cad from 2015 to 2024, only new customer with 2025 do not show the ribbon.
