AutoCad 2024 freezing when printing from paperspace

AutoCAD is freezing when trying to plot from paper space with AutoCAD straight to the printer or using a PDF creator program.  I can plot fine in model space, but this is only in paper space.  It will also freeze when I modify the layout in page set up manager.

I am the only one in our network that is experiencing these issues, they have been occurring for a few months.  Previously I was using another PC, 64-bit windows 10 pro with AutoCAD 2023.  In this process we replaced my PC with a brand new one, 64-bit windows 11 pro, installed AutoCAD 2024 using a new profile, downloaded and installed the 2024.0.1_Update, we have compared the source files to everyone in our network and we’ve had our IT double check my permissions to network folders.

If you are the only one in the office with the problem, ask your IT to back your computer up, reformat it, then image/clone a working-just-fine-PC to your PC (perhaps even giving you back your old log-in credentials or creating a new one) and see if your issues go away.
For this to work best, resist migrating from an old version or your old setup too.

It is a brand new system, 3 days ago we pulled it out of a box.  It is a new download with the 2024 latest update and a new profile.

Thanks for the additional information, that sort of contradicts your earlier statement though: does that mean you personally are the only reason two different separate computers are freezing only when plotting from paperspace?

There is nothing wrong with your files if anyone else uses them, and all systems are totally identical for printers, drivers, AutoCAD Profiles, PC3 files, PMP files, Templates, layouts and more?

 

If totally true, and an AutoCAD reset without migration or importing of any other setup does not resolve the problem, then you'll need to reach out to Autodesk Support as you have an exceptionally unique-to-you challenges we'll not be able to help you resolve here in these forums from fellow end users like you and me: start a support ticket through your subscription portal as explained here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/account-management/users-software/support-options#:~....
