I currently have AutoCAD 2022, but when I run the .dwg file, I get those options that are inside a red rectangle and I want to remove them from the list.

so after you've already uninstalled those previous versions, they're still appearing on that list?

You should assign AutoCAD DWG Launcher and tick on "Always use this app..."
That way it should open the last version used (and saved in Registry) - try to open your 2022, close right away, then use the above.

This needs to be your default ALWAYS USE option for DWG on your PC
