AutoCAD 2021 - Update 2021.1.2 Visualization Error

The above image is 2D Wireframe

The next image is the exact same geometry with Conceptual.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? 

Is there any way to fix this?

Are these just 2D objects or are these a view of 3D objects? If its 3D. try REGEN3 command. 

You can also try adjusting some of the options in 3DCONFIG. Type in 3DCONFIG and I would start by turning off hardware acceleration and see if it makes a difference.

The video card shouldn't be an issue, this problem wasn't happening until updating the software for an unrelated "INSERT" JIT Debugging error.

nVidia provides Studio Drivers that seem to be working well for 3D modeling.

EDIT:  using the "REGEN3" command shows the correct geometry.
