Autocad 2021 changed the behavior or polar tracking and dynamic input

Hi, AutoCAD 2021 changed the behavior of tracking with dynamic input. For example, if I select the rectangle tool and click on a initial point then I track a certain line to match its length to one of the rectangles side, if I press TAB to Dynamic Input the second dimension, the previous dimension that I matched via tracking will change, it doesn't hold.

In all previous versions I could use track and dynamic input in such a way that I could draw a rectangle combining both.

How can I get AutoCAD to work as before ?
