AutoCAD 2020 Operating System requirement

Dear Sir/Madam,

     I have installed AutoCAD 2020 a few weeks ago.  After computer restored to factory setting, then reinstall the Autocad 2020 software, it states the operating system does not met the requirement.   Why it met before and not now?  My computer has Window 10 64-bit, 3.2GHz.

You might not have installed all updates for Windows 10 as you had it before.

Let your Windows 10 update and then try to install AutoCAD again.

Looking to the AutoCAD 2020 system requirements >>>here<<< you'll see Windows 10 release 1803 is at least necessary.

You can also verify the exact version of your Windows 10 by using keys <WINDOWS><R> and enter WINVER in the Windows command-line ... current version is 1909.
