AutoCAD 2020 can't osnap to blocks or Xrefs in different viewports

I am using AutoCAD 2020 simplified-Chinese version and everything is set to default except 4 apps (AutoAlign, ReplaceBlocks, Drawing Purge and Change Block Base Point) I downloaded from Autodesk App Store.

After making two ViewPorts in model space I find that osnap doesn't work properly between ViewPorts.

For example, in model space when you use move (or copy) command only in ViewPorts 1, the osnap works fine to blocks and Xrefs in ViewPorts 1 . However when you want to Move (or copy) form ViewPorts 1 to ViewPorts 2, I find that I can't osnap to blocks or Xrefs in ViewPorts 2. (While using Ctrl+Shift+C and Ctrl+Shift+V between ViewPorts, the osnap works fine)

That is frustrating and I am pretty sure that function woks fine in AutoCAD 2014 and I have test it with same brand new dwg files.

Is it a known issue and will be fixed in future with hotfix or service pack?

Please make sure you are having the latest update installed (AutoCAD 2020.1)

Please start AutoCAD with parameter /safemode (as shown >>>here<<<) and try the same again.

If that does not help then please create a small sample drawing so we can try it on our systems.

Have you checked if Ortho (F8) is turned on?

After installing AutoCAD 2020.1 update, the problem is solved.

It's still not working either Orthomode is on or off. 

After installing 2020.1 update,  it is fixed.
