Autocad 2019 Student Version Visual Style Manager

Hi

Is there any way to open the Visual Style Manager in Autocad 2019 Student Version, the command -visualstyle does not work.

A dash in front of a command name means you do NOT want to have a pop-up: so AutoCAD does what you ask.
Are you typing it? This is a basic AutoCAD feature. Ask your teacher about a list of those commands.

Without a dash in the name you will get the pop-up Palette: try it.

Can you not simply type VISUALSTYLES at the command line then hit <enter> to activate it?

It is there for all of us, even you. Try it.
