Autocad 2019 reset itself

Hi,

My Autocad 2019 resets to default setting once a while, irregularly. 

Add-ons are all gone, but the file path still in the system though. And I shut down computer every day.

Can anyone help with this?

Corrupt workspace, shaky CUIx file(s), or your custom workspace setup was never saved properly
