Upgraded to 2019.1.1 release last evening, and now arcs and circles within blocks, whose linetype is not Continuous, are no longer plotting. Straight lines/rectangles within the block, having the same layer & linetype, do plot correctly. A symbol with arcs or circles ends up plotting at weird relation to their scale (very similar to a LT2019 PDF issue posted on forum today). If I set that layer to a Continuous linetype (whether in original file or a drawing it's xref'd into), the arcs plot, but any other linetype I select produces an error. FWIW, if I BURST one of the blocks, the arcs will plot.
Test file attached (layer in question within block is T-EQPM-CABT-DOOR, and uses the HIDDEN linetype by default).
Test 1 - Finished PDF/plot appearance. Door swings on IT cabinets do not plot (regardless of plot device selected; PDF or local printer)
Test 2 - Paperspace view, showing correct appearance. Note small symbol at right inserted as a test, and how it "blows up" in Test 1 image.
Test 3 - Plot when the layer is set to Continuous linetype.
