Autocad 2018 Virtual Device issue (no directx 12)

Hi all,
i'm experiencing a problem with Autocad 2018.

My OS is Windows 10 64 bit with Directx 12.

I can't switch ON hardware acceleration, i read other posts but unfortunately no one was helpful.

One of my collegue run the same software on the same machine model... i can't understand what's wrong with mine.
If can help i can say that also Goggle Earth show a problem with Directx, in fact i'm using it in OpenGL mode.
Attached you can see the problem and my system configuration (screenshots from dxdiag).
I even tried to install Autocad LT 2018, with this the hardware acceleration works (?!?!?!?!?!).
Is it possible i have some problems with 3D?

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community! 

Have you tried uninstalling the DirectX 12 and installing DirectX11? That is what is working on my computer.
