AutoCAD 2017 - X-Ref relative path issue

I have been using AutoCAD 2016 without any problems when wanting to X-Ref a drawing in on relative path. Since I have upgraded to 2017 it will not allow me to X-Ref a drawing in on relative path whatsoever.

what happened if you change it from xref palette when right click over the attached dwg (see attached image)

...and just to remind that use this option (Relative) only if the drawing and the referenced file are stored on the same drive.
