AutoCAD 2017 Theme Color Issues

Is there any way to directly edit the colors used for fonts in AutoCAD 2017? There is a blue font used in the CUI editor that is nearly impossible to read when using the high contrast settings of my company. if the .xbel theme files are supposed to control this, how do you reload them properly?

I have been looking for a way to do this but have not had much success.  The only font changes that can be made  I have found are for the command line.

We have som people that are realy struggeling with the fonts in 2017 (outside of the drawing and console area)

Your Windows Display settings and your GPU color settings are all you can use to edit these items.
