Autocad 2017 stuck at "loading" when opening

I just installed AutoCAD 2017 on my surface that has Windows 10.  It is the second download for use on my laptop.  When I go to open it gets stuck loading the program and just sits there.  I have searched for suggestions and have come across the suggestion of removing the Trusted Storage file.  I tried that and it did nothing.  Are there any other solutions out there?   thank you.

Hi,

make sure you have all updates installed, also look to other windows which might sit in background (sometimes the activation window of AutoCAD sits behind the AutoCAD application window and AutoCAD is waiting until the "try" or "activate" button is pressed).

If nothing helps create a new Windows user, give that user admin permissions, login with that account, disconnect your Surface from every network (and so also from Internet), disable Antivirus, start now AutoCAD ... does it work?
