Recently the Help function on our AutoCAD 2017 & 2017 LT installations has stopped working, just opening a blank help window when launched.
For those users who have the local help files installed, these work if the "Access online content when available" option is unchecked. However the download link for the offline help is now broken so we can't download and setup for our other users!
Network access doesn't appear to be being blocked by any firewall rules when the Help is opened. Indeed we can see the AcWebBrowser.exe process opens a connection to 24.67.137, but we don't know what URL it is trying to load.
