Hello,

Most of the time, these problems are due to the version of AutoCAD and the version of Window you are using in your computer or if you already have or had a fake AutoCAD licence installed on your computer.

1- Fake license:

Uninstall that fake licence software from your computer with all files that come with it. Restart your computer and install the good software again.

2- Versions:

Make sure you have Window 10 greatly installed on your computer and install AutoCAD from Autodesk site. Get it activated with a licence number from Autodesk.

3- Please, if your computer is slow, do not request him to do several thing at once. You should let it take some time before opening a programm or it will freeze or shut down.

Please let us know if this worked so we can keep finding solution for you.

Regards

Hi @Anonymous,

It sounds, from your description and the attached image you provided, that you feel that your computer is working excessively which prohibits normal operation in AutoCAD.

I suggest first verifying that your AutoCAD is fully up-to-date using your Autodesk Desktop App or through  your account page.

If the problem persists, Please use Task Manager  shows many Chromium Host Processes running concurrently. Try ending these to see if AutoCAD performance returns to normal.

Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.
