I am attempting to set up a network deployment for the installation of ADSS, BDSP and IDSP.  I have found that our Antivirus software has been blocking the installation and has to be disabled on each machine prior to the start of the installation.  Is there anything that I can "whitelist" on our AV software package that will allow the Autodesk installation to run uninterrupted without me disabling the AV?

HI bjames,

 

I can understand your pain point with your deployment. So far all the information I have been researching just indicates to turn off the security software prior to deploying. I am reaching out internally to see if some of our specialists can provide a list of exclusions that would allow your deployment to run without disabling the AV.  This might take a day or two to gather information but I will update this post as I find out more.

(and have you asked the vendor of that software too?)

We are using McAfee. Our IT Security department has McAfee specialist so I am not sure whether they asked McAfee if they had a solution.
