Yesterday I was using your product and over the coarse of less than 8 hours of use it had crashed on me more than 18 times yesterday January 4, 2017. I wasn't using any ridiculously large files and my computer has an Intel Core i7 6700hq, 16 GB of DDR5 Ram as well as a Nvidea GTX 1060 with 6GB of dedicated graphics so I highly doubt it was a spec issue. The crashing had occurred while performing multiple functions including but not limited to zooming in and out, editing blocks, switching objects from one layer to another and copying objects from one file location to another. I had been having these issues since before the 3rd of January and a lot of them were mentioned as being fixed with the AutoCAD service pack 1, released on the 3rd of January, 2017 but after downloading and installing it had no noticeable effects and the crashing may have even gotten worse or at the least was just as bad as before. If you would be able to suggest a solution that would be awesome as i need to catch up on some work today that i wasn't able to get around to yesterday whether it be revert to an older more stable version of AutoCAD or re-install the newest version and the service pack. but either way a speedy response would be very much appreciated as your customer service dept. made a Tech. support ticket/case for me saying the tech dept. would be able to help me over the phone and instead i was directed here after waiting close to 24 hours for a response.
