Something has happened in my Autocad 2016, gremlins have invaded. I haven't changed any settings but for no apparent reason my Quick Properties box appears with a single click, it is very annoying as it obstructs my drawing and I have to keep moving it out of the way, and I don't want to totally disable it. So I want to restore it to a 'double click' prompt. I have tried turning it off and back on again with Ctrl, Shift, P, '0' and '1', also tried 'options', 'user preferences', 'double click' on and off but no joy, it still appears with a single click. Can anyone help please? Much appreciated.

FWIW when the QP pop-up is on screen, select the cog-wheel icon, go into settings, and set it's location to be far away from your cursor as you desire/wish:
Hi Pendean,
Thanks for that, your suggestion to moving it further away from my cursor led to solving it altogether. Whilst I was in the ‘Drafting Settings’ I unticked the box for ‘Display the Quick Properties' palette.
Then type ‘OP’ click enter to open the ‘Options’ palette, click the ‘User Preferences’ tab and tick the ‘Double Click editing’ box, click ‘apply and OK’. Now it only appears after two clicks.
I tried to paste screenshots in this reply but it hasn't done it.
Thanks again
