AutoCAD 2016 Plotting True Color on Black & White Printer

For years now I have always set some objects in my drawings to use "True Color" for different reasons. One of those reasons was to be able to print to a B&W printer and have the objects be GRAY. This effect would happen due to it being a B&W printer and the object was being plotted based on its color which was... a "True Color". Such as 127,128,128.

Now that we have upgraded to 2016 (Finally... yeah were behind... sort of!) all objects that are set to a "True Color" plot BLACK, NOT Gray.

Can this be changed through a variable or some other means?

If you are plotting with ctb or without a plotstyletable:

Check your pc3 file and/or print driver.

There is no setting in the file/system, it is a quedtion of printer configuration.

Can you use command setbylayer and then assign the correct colors to said layer?
