AutoCAD 2016 - Calcomp drawing board 3 not responding correctly

Using autocad 2016 with a calcomp drawing board 3. Was working fine earlier today. Loaded autocad. The tablet is working. Try to click zoom. The pick button cancels the zoom command and starts a new command. The screen pointing area changed. Try to reconfigure the tablet. The "CFG" command is not recognized. Reboot and no change. Not sure how to proceed.

"loaded autoCAD" means nothing more than starting up the program that's already installed, yes?

If you have another AutoCAD station, I would connected the tablet there to test if it functions properly.

Autocad is already loaded in the computer. Simply clicked the icon to start as I always do.

I was able to reach out the GTCO. As it turned out, the tablet driver had revoked my authorization. No idea why. They were able to give me the original authorization code. All is working now. They had no idea why all of the menu mapping was still working either. Thanks for your help.
