AutoCad 2015 Re-Setup Failiure

Hi Everyone ! 

The Situation is that i did the setup of Autocad 2015 on my computer and after that i also i wanted setup Autocad Architecture 2015 on my computer .While the program was downloading the internet connection failed . 

After that i wanted to retry to setup but the setup manager said that it was installed . Than i deleted all the files of AutoCad from Program Files , and tried to download Autocad 2015 again but the setup manager always says that its installed . 

I really dot know what to do and i need AutoCad Architecture 2015 to study my exam on the 28th of September . 

I am asking for your help and advices .

PS : Before trying to download AutoCad Architecture 2015 , AutoCad 2015 was working perfect . I just need to set them up again and it will work i am sure . ( Ihave MSI GT72 with 8 Gb Screencard and 16 Gb RAM )

Worst case, that should be the very last step if really everything else fails.

For now goto control panel, programs and features, search for the AutoCAD Architecture item and double click it. If that works then try to use the uninstall option in that dialog. If that does not work you'll got a lot to do with cleaning out everything existing, maybe using Microsoft FixIt can be helpful with that.

As you are student an alternative might be to download AutoCAD Architecture 2016, as you have not installed 2016 then this might work.

Please do not install direct from the internet link, use the option "Browser Download" instead, so you get the installation media downloaded and after that is finished succesfully, only then start the installer. That avoids that the installer starts even when the download failed.

Architectural Desktop runs on top of vanilla AutoCAD so your can run it as either program - you do not need both installed.

It is advisable to ask questions before uninstalling programs.

Search Google for Autodesk Clean Uninstall instructions to remove all traces of what you attempted earlier.

I recommend that you use the Browser Download method rather than Install Now or Download Manager when you are ready to try again.  See video below (turn on your sound.  This is for AutoCAD 2014, but simply select your desired title and year.

You could also use the Autodesk Virtual Agent, but you will need your serial number from the Student Community.

Greetings Mr. NESWADBA ;

I followed all the steps under the link to clean up Autodesk products from Pc.
But when i try to delete Autodesk shared file under c/program files/common files , i get a warning that says AcSignCore16.dll is still working so i cant delete .
Do you have a suggestion for me to do ?

Just deleting flles is critical, and as long as files are in use (like for running services) you will have to:

• stop the services blocking that file delete process   ...and/or...
• start Windows in diagnostic mode and delete it then.

But both options are critical, make sure you have a backup of your system in case it does not start anymore!
