AutoCAD 2015 display problem

I installed Auto Cad 2015 and followed the instructions. The software installed and the program works.

The only issue that I have is the auto cad Icon and the welcome screen are reduced in size and I cannot read any of the instructions or data. (instructional videos cannot watch them because they are ton small)

PLEASE ADVISE

Sounds like you have a 4K monitor which is not supported on AutoCAD 2015 (4K display support started with AutoCAD 2017 Update 1).

So I guess the only chance you have is to reduce the resolution (or update AutoCAD).

This sounds like you have a high resolution monitor, higher than is supported by that version of AutoCAD. Take a look at this document for some tips that may help.
